The candidate must have successfully completed the intermediate level (I.A) or +2 or an equivalent degree from Tribhuvan University (TU) or a board/institution/university recognized by TU, regardless of the chosen stream.
Previously, there was a provision that students who wished to pursue majors in English, Mathematics, Economics, and certain other subjects were required to pass the respective subjects at the proficiency level (+2) within a three-year period to obtain the bachelor's certificate.
However, Tribhuvan University (TU) has removed this requirement. Now, students have the freedom to choose the available subjects offer at BMC in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program, irrespective of their background in the plus two level. Students do not need to appear in any entrance exam, they can directly get admissions. Also, there is no requirement for minimum marks.
